In September of 1998 a two years old child Elena Markisic was kidnapped in Sydney, Australia, in the state of New South Wales from her family of a Serbian ethnic background.

The Markisic family (three brothers with their families and a mother) immigrated to Australia from 1988 onwards from former Yugoslavia and all became citizens of Australia.

The then Prime Minister of Australia John Howard ordered pedophiles employed in his administration to kidnap the child from her home by force and/or fraud  and with assistance of the pedophiles from New South Wales and under orders of the then NSW Premier Bob Carr.

On 29^th of September 1998 a group of bandits-pedophiles raided Markisic's home. They deceived the grand-mother who was looking after the child by falsely presenting themselves as Australian Federal Police and also presenting a false warrant. They ripped the child from the grand-mother by force after bending her arms.

The persons involved in the kidnapping were mostly lawyers, employed in the government and the administration: judges, registrars, judge’s associates, barristers, solicitors etc. and others employed in various federal and state agencies and many of them forming a pedophiles ring permeating the federal and state administration.

After the kidnapping the child was taken to and kept by pedophiles at an unknown destination for about 10 days where she was subjected to various forms of mental and physical abuse, including sexual abuse, by the pedophiles.

After about 10 days of the child's captivity the then Prime Minister of Australia John Howard ordered the child to be smuggled out of Australia by pedophiles and with assistance of pedophiles from NSW under orders from then NSW Premier Bob Carr to prevent Markisic family to discover what has been done to the child. A medical examination of the child would have revealed the abuse of the child. The Markisics have seen the child was abused and traumatised but were unable to help the child being themselves scared and traumatised by the pedophiles as authorities.

The pedophiles used the Hague Convention on the Civil aspects of International child abduction as means to obtain the child from her family. The mother of the child Katerina Markisic gave the pedophiles legitimacy for the kidnapping and their abuse of the child although knowing about the suffering of her child. To this day Katerina is covering up the crimes of the pedophiles towards her own child and acting against the interests of her own child.

The Markisic family are trying for more than 10 years to bring Elena’s kidnappers and abusers to justice and to recover damages in the sum of about 60 million AU$ from Australian government for the family suffering and losses as a result of the kidnapping.

The Markisic family through the child's father Dragan, uncle Oliver and grandmother Marika commenced various proceedings in various courts in Australia and Macedonia in relation to the kidnapping and smuggling of the child, injuries sustained, damages. etc. The main proceedings for damages were instituted in the Supreme Court of the state of New South Wales in Australia.

Right when it was expected there to be fixed a trial in 2010 as many judges of the Supreme Court of NSW have already suggested a judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Mr. Justice David Davies, permanently stayed the proceedings preventing the uncle and the grand-mother to uncover the whole ugly truth about what really happened to the child and to recover a substantial damages. The Commonwealth of Australia does not have any defense and has as evidence only fabricated documents.

From 1998 the Markisics were constantly misled by the Federal and State government officials in an attempt to cover up the wrongs done to the family. The documents provided to them under the Freedom of Information by both governments were mostly fabricated.

From 1998 the Markisics were subjected to attacks on their good names in government documents and the newspapers and Internet financed and controlled by the Australian government.

The current Australian government of Prime Minister Mr. Kevin Rudd is, like the previous government of John Howard and Bob Carr, in cover-up mode, covering up the crimes done towards Markisic family and the child by the John Howard’s and Bob Carr’s governments. The tears shed by the Rudd's government at the two apologies (The Stolen and Forgotten Generations appologies) were mostly crocodile tears. This government is actively involved at the suppression of the truth corrupting left and right. Many of Markisics' complaints and requests for investigation and criminal prosecution and institution of Royal Commission lodged with both latest Australian Prime Ministers and Premiers of NSW, various Federal and State Departments, Federal and State Parliaments, Federal and State leaders of Opposition, the Australian Federal Police, New South Wales Police, Australian Ombudsman, ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption), Judicial Commission, Director of Public Prosecutions (Federal and State), were turned down and completely disregarded.
